The Russell County Public Library is proud to announce our Halloween Costume Drive! In collaboration with local Family Resource and Youth Service Centers, we are accepting new/gently used donations of costumes in all sizes, accessories, and trick-or-treat buckets until Friday, October 28th.

If you are interested in donating, please contact the Russell County Public Library or your local Family Resource/Youth Service Center to schedule a donation.

In hopes of providing all children in Russell County with a positive trick-or-treat experience, there will also be several opportunities for the community to shop for free Halloween costumes and accessories at RCPL throughout the month of October.
