Kentucky Talking Book Library
Blind and otherwise physically handicapped patrons may be eligible to receive a free electronic audiobook reader from the Kentucky Talking Book Library (KTBL). RCPL will act as a mediator between the patron and KTBL, providing the audiobook machine and headphones needed, as well as ordering and delivering the patron’s audiobooks.
For more information or to apply for a talking book machine, visit the Kentucky Department for Library and Archives website.
