The Makery is RCPL’s version of a traditional multipurpose program room meets an innovative library makerspace. Think of it as a gathering space for people to work on projects and share ideas, equipment, and knowledge. With movable tables and chairs, electric outlets, data ports, and access to the Library’s Wi-Fi, The Makery is also available for public use as a meeting room suitable for groups of up to 24 people.  The Makery can only be used during the Library’s normal operating hours.

The Makery also features a variety of technologies available for public use:

•   Inkjet color printer
•   Silhouette Cameo 4 precision cutting machine
•   Button maker
•   Photo and document scanner
•   Bookbinder
•   High-performance laptop
•   Adobe Suite
• Large-scale photo/document scanner
