RCPL can help individuals connect with community resources to meet their basic needs. Staff can provide free information, referrals, and application assistance for Medicaid, SSI, SNAP, and more. Free social service information and referrals. A staff member can meet with you, approach your needs without judgment, and help you find mental health services, legal aid, and more. Appointments generally last from 30-60 minutes. If more time is needed, you may schedule another appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, call the Library as soon as possible at (270) 343-7323.
