The Achieve Network

The Achieve Network is made possible by the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant through Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA). The purpose of The Achieve Network is to provide wireless access and technology to individuals in pursuit of workforce-related goals, computer skills, and language skills.

Patrons can check out these laptop/hotspot kits by referral from the Lake Cumberland Area District Development Office, the Russell County School’s ELL Program, or the Russell County Senior Center. You can also request a Book a Librarian appointment at RCPL to determine your eligibility for the Achieve Network.
