With your Russell County Public Library card number and PIN (last 4 digits of your library card number), you can access free downloadable media for your e-reader through Kentucky Libraries Unbound. This service works with the following devices (click links for instructions on how to download to the device): personal computer, Overdrive smartphone app, eReaders, Kindle, and Nook smartphone app (for periodicals). You can also listen to and read eBooks from your browser using Overdrive Listen and Overdrive Read.

 

Kentucky Talking Book Library

The Kentucky Talking Book Library provides free library service to people who cannot read traditional print because they have a visual, physical, or reading disability. Audio and Braille materials are sent to and from users by postage-free mail. Special equipment is provided by the library.

The Kentucky Digital Library is a gateway to rare and unique digitized collections housed in Kentucky archives. These digital collections are built to enhance scholarship, research and lifelong learning. Collections include books, Kentucky  newspapers, meeting minutes, yearbooks, maps and more.
